How long will it take to receive my order?
While very-large orders may take a bit longer, our average turnaround time is approximately ten (10) days from the time a customer approves our sample(s).
Does DEX & Company have a minimum order?
For caps and hats, the minimum order is 500 pieces; for
beanies and embroidery patches, 1,000 pieces.
Is there a charge for delivery?
Yes. But DEX & Company will select the best shipping method as determined by your location and any special requests.
How does DEX & Company expect payment to be made?
Payment terms are 30% upon order confirmation and then the remaining 70% to be paid upon shipping your order.
